How to follow a program in Maslow

Objectives

  • For 'Therapists' or 'Support Workers' visiting the client's home to follow programs in Maslow 
  • For 'Therapists' or 'Support Workers' visiting the home to leave feedback on programs in Maslow 

Before you get started

  1. Ensure you have created the outcome measure program for your client in-app
  2. Ensure you have added the 'Therapist' or 'Support Worker' to your team, then link them to the relevant program to have access to follow along at home 

Instructions: Linking a set of outcome measures to a ‘Therapist’ or ‘Support Worker’

  1. The 'Therapist' or 'Support Worker' opens up Maslow when they visit their clients home
  2. First, click on ‘Library’ on the bottom navigation bar 
  3. Click into the relevant program they have been linked to e.g. 'Gross Motor Obs Form' or Daily Reflection' 
  4. This will open the overview of the program and then click 'Start'
  5. The first activity will open and the team member can click 'Leave feedback' which will open into the feedback log of that program, all comments, videos, or pictures left in this log will have a time and date 
    1. All connected therapists, support workers, and parents will be able to leave feedback left in the program
  6. The team member then can click the 'green arrow' to click into the next activity
  7. On completion, the team member can click the 'green tick' to log the completion
    1. All connected therapists, support workers, and parents will be able to see the adherence of the program completed 
  • Additional Tips
    • You are able to easily track the adherence of programs by clicking 'Progress' in the navigation bar
    • At the top click "Filter Workouts by Client' to choose the relevant client to see their stats 

What's next?

  • You can create more programs in your library to share with your clients for the team to follow along at home 
    • e.g. strength programs, speech programs, fine motor exercises which can be tracked collectively by the clinic and team
