Find Your Way Around the Content Library

Want to know what you can do on the Content Library? You've come to the right place!

Everyone’s care & rehab is different. However, it can be really challenging to remember, implement and teach your support team all rehab content that you’ve received from therapists. Maslow acts as your team manager - a digital, one-stop place for all your care & rehab needs. 

In this video we took a deep dive into the “Content Library” section of Maslow. Here you can:

  • Create a New Workout
  • Edit an Existing workout
  • Create a New Exercise Collection
  • Edit an Existing Exercise Collection
  • Review Base Workouts you have created
  • Review the Workouts you have assigned to clients (Therapists feature)
  • Filter the Workouts you have assigned to clients (Therapists feature)

Let’s explore these features below!

Creating a New Workout

  1. Go to the Workouts tab of “Library”
  2. Select “New Workout”
  3. Create a “Workout Name”
  4. If adding clients, therapists or carers directly to the workout add them by selecting “Add Client”, “Add Therapist” or “Add Carer”.
  5. Add exercises to the workout by clicking on “Choose From Library” and selecting existing workouts or create a new custom exercise (Step 4 of Creating a new Exercise collection)
  6. Add a “Description”
  7. Add a “Target per week”
  8. Select “Save Workout”

Editing an Existing Workout

  1. Go to the Workouts tab of “Library”.
  2. Select the workout you’d like to edit.
  3. Click “Edit”.
  4. Edit the workout and save.



Reviewing Your Self-Created Base Workouts

  1. Select the base workout you would like to review.
  2. To run through the workout, select “Start”. For therapists, it’ll be shown in “view-only” mode.
  3. Select “Edit” to make changes to the workout.
  4. Click the individual exercises to view their descriptions.
  5. Select the message box in the top-right corner to view the workout’s “Feedback Log”.
  6. Select “Duplicate for Client” to share with clients.

Review Workouts Assigned To Clients 

  1. Select the workout assigned to the client that you’d like to update.
  2. Select “Edit” to make changes to the workout.
  3. Edit the workout and save.

Filtering Collections by Client

  1. Go to the Workouts tab of “Library”.
  2. Select “Filter by client”
  3. Either click “Search for the client” or “Invite new client” which will send you to the “Team” page.

Creating a New Exercise Collection

  1. Go to the Exercises tab of “Library”.
  2. Select “New Collection”.
  3. Create a “Collection Name”.
  4. Add exercises to the collection either by clicking “Choose From Library” and selecting existing exercises from the collection or “Create Custom Exercise”.

To create a new exercise:

  1. Create an “Exercise name”
  2. Add a “Tag” to the exercise to make searching for the exercise easier!
  3. Add the number of reps, sets or time required for the exercise
  4. Add video and/or image media to show how to complete the exercise.
  5. Add “Tips” to help clients complete the exercise
  6. Add a “Description” of the exercise.
  7. Click “Save Exercise”.

Select “Save Collection”

Editing An Existing Exercise

  1. Go to the Exercises tab of “Library”.
  2. Select the exercise collection of the exercise you’d like to edit.
  3. Either “Search by Exercise name”or filter by associated tags to select the exercise you’d like to edit.
  4. Click “Edit”
  5. Edit the exercise and save.
