Find Your Way Around the Routines Tab

Everyone’s care & rehab is different. However, it can be really challenging to remember, implement and teach your support team all rehab content that you’ve received from therapists. Maslow acts as your team manager - a digital, one-stop place for all your care & rehab needs. 

In this video we took a deep dive into the “Routines” section of Maslow. Here you can:

  • View daily routines
  • Follow Scheduled Routines
  • Edit Routine
  • Create a Basic Task
  • Provide Feedback on the Routine

Viewing Daily Routines

On the “Routines” tab you can view your daily scheduled care & rehab routines.

Using the left arrow you can view previous day’s routines and using the right arrow you can view upcoming day’s routines.



Following Scheduled Routines

  1. On the “Routines” tab, select the scheduled routine.
  2. Press the “play” button.
  3. Complete the tasks in the scheduled routine. If you need to review the description of the step, click “View Description”. Once you have completed an individual task click the “✓”.
  4. Continue until the routine is complete.
  5. At the end of the routine you will be provided with an overview of the routine with information on the time taken, number of tasks completed, total routine sessions completed and view the time at which you completed the routine. 
  6. Exit the routine by clicking “Done”.

Editing Routines

To edit routines, either select the “Edit” button in the top-right corner of the “Routines” tab or select the routine that you want to edit and click “edit”.

 

Once on the “Edit screen” you can:

  1. Change the start time of the routine
  2. Add or remove carers and therapists from the routine
  3. Edit tasks by selecting on the task and making changes to the name, frequency and notes. Click “Save Task” before exiting. If you would like to delete the task click “Delete”.
  4. To add a task to the routine, scroll to the bottom and either select “Create Basic Task” or “Choose From Library”.
  5. Once you’ve made the desired changes, select “Save Routine”.

Creating a Basic Task

  1. Go to the edit mode of the routine you want to add a new task.
  2. Select “Create Basic Task”.
  3. Create a new “Task name”, provide the frequency, add videos or images to assist in describing the task and add notes where applicable.
  4. Click “Save Task”.

Providing Feedback on Routine

You can provide feedback on the routine tasks while viewing the routine, completing the routine, on the summary page of the routine or on the “Routines” tab. 

Feedback while Viewing Routine Structure

  1. While viewing the routine before starting you can provide feedback by clicking the message box in the top-right corner.
  2. Write or add images or video and send a message to the “Feedback Log”.
  3. Once completed select the back button in the top left corner.
  4. You will be returned to viewing the routine.

Feedback Mid-Routine

  1. On the Routine task you would like to write feedback click “Leave Feedback”.
  2. Write or add images or video and send a message to the “Feedback Log”.
  3. Once completed select the back button in the top left corner.
  4. You will be returned to the current task.

Feedback through Summary Page of Routine 

  1. On the Summary page of a routine click “Log Feedback”.
  2. Write or add images or video and send a message to the “Feedback Log”.
  3. Once completed select the back button in the top left corner.
  4. You will be returned to the summary page.

Feedback through “Routines” Tab

  1. Scroll to the routine you would like to provide feedback and click the message box in the top-right corner.
  2. Write or add images or video and send a message to the “Feedback Log”.
  3. Once completed select the back button in the top left corner.
  4. You will be returned to the “Routines” tab.
