How to add clients to your Maslow portal

  • To be able to view at a glance the clients you are managing and tracking in Maslow 

Before you get started

  1. Ensure you have your clients name, email, and mobile 

Instructions: Adding clients details in your portal 

  1. Sign into the Maslow portal with your login details 
  2. In the top right corner click New Client
  3. Click on client type and choose client
  4. Fill in the details of your client 
    1. First name
    2. Last name
    3. Email and/or mobile 
  5. Do this for each client you will be remotely sharing programs or routines 

Additional Tips

  • If you have the details of other therapists that collaborate with that client, you can link a team to collectively support your client.
  • To ensure that your new client appears in your 'team' in the Maslow app you must also add yourself as a collaborating therapist. Follow the above link for further details.

What's next?

  • Your client will receive an email that you have invited the client to download a 'user' profile 
  • You can progress to viewing the next tutorial in linking other therapists to your client, or support workers they will be working with
