Creating a template workout for the MS challenge

This article will show you how to create a template workout which will be shared with all the MS challenge participants

  1. Go to Library in the bottom menu
  2. Click the ( + ) button
  3. Enter the workout name, target per week, and description
  4. Add each exercise in the order you wish them to be performed
  5. Click the in the top right


  • We recommend starting with a template of each type of workout you will be sharing as part of the challenge before adding clients to the workout
  • This makes it easy to copy that workout to all the new clients
