What do I do if customer data isn’t appearing on the therapist app?

  • This might apply to feedback and completed exercises
  • Go to the app settings and click ‘Sync Now’
  • Data is always saved in the back-end. It just needs to be updated

What to do if the app crashes?

  • Note all data is saved in the back-end 
  • If a user is having any issues please refer to speak with the Maslow team
